Zone 1 - Decatur, Scottsdale, Panthersville, Redan, Belvedere Park ,Avondale Estates, Stone Mountain, Tucker, Clarkston, Druid Hills, North Druid Hills, Woodstream, Lithonia, Atlanta (Only includes the City of Atlanta in Dekalb County);

Zone 2 - Atlanta excluding Dekalb County zone Brookhaven, Chamblee, Ellenwood, College Park, Morrow, Mountain Park, Lilburn, Embry Hills, East Point, Airport, Flat Rock, Arbor Ridge, Centerville, Scenic Highway Area;

Zone 3 - Snellville, Rosebud, Conyers, Covington, Stockbridge, Jonesboro, Riverdale, Vinings, Cumberland, Smyrna, Chastain Park, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Berkley Lake, Gwinnett Place;

Zone 4 - Lawrenceville, Loganville, Grayson, Walnut Grove, Ashley Grove, Porterdale, Oxford, West Forest, Oak Hill, McDonough, Lovejoy, Cottonwood, Union City, Fairburn, South Fulton, Six Flags, Lithia Springs, Austell, Mableton, Marietta, East Cobb, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Arbor Trace, Powder Springs;

Zone 5 - Jackson, Ellijay, Canton, Jasper, Social Circle, Carrollton, Bremen, Monroe, Sugar Hill, Buford, Hiram, Tyrone, Peachtree City, Hampton, Locust Grove, Palmetto, Bethlehem, more;

Notary Signing - Requirements

All signers and witnesses MUST be physically present at the time notarial services are being provided.

All signers and witnesses MUST present a Driver’s License issued by one of the 50 nifty United States, and ID issued by one of the 50 nifty United States, a U.S. Government issued passport, U.S. Military ID Card, Dept of Veterans Affairs issued CAC Card (for retirees and 100% disabled veterans), local government issued ID Card, Permanent Resident ID Card, Work Permit Card, and if you don’t have any of these then call us.

Georgia law doesn’t state if the proof of identification has to be expired or unexpired. The Notary will determine if an expired ID is valid.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, School ID, or credit cards unless your picture is printed on the card and a signature.
